Wolki Construction™ - Quality Builders. Specialists in Luxury Extensions & Renovations.
Wolki Construction is led by Luke Wolki, a builder with over 13 years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial construction.
Luke began his career early, completing his apprenticeship across concreting, commercial fitouts, and both commercial and residential construction. This foundation gave him a strong understanding of structure, sequencing, and how projects should run from the ground up.
He became a qualified carpenter at 18 and launched Wolki Construction shortly after – building a team quickly and taking on a broad range of residential and commercial projects.
From early on, Luke was running crews on site, managing people, overseeing projects, and developing a strong eye for detail.
As the business has grown, so has his approach. Today his focus is on being a builder in the truest sense – carefully selecting the right trades and contractors for each individual project. Luke understands that high-end construction is not about using the same team on every job, but about working with the right people to achieve the best outcome.
He remains closely involved on site from start to finish, coordinating trades and ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard. While efficiency and timelines are important, the priority is always the end result – a clean, well-executed build with no defects and a level of detail that stands out.
Luke is proud to lead a team delivering that standard for clients across the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Byron Bay.
I stay involved from start to finish to make sure every part of the build is done to the standard it should be. It’s not about building more - it’s about building better, with the right people and the right level of detail.
The vision behind Wolki Construction is to deliver high-end renovations and extensions that stand out for their quality and detail.
Working across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, and Tweed Heads, each project is approached with a focus on the right team, the right execution, and a finish that speaks for itself.
At Wolki Construction, our team is the heart of everything we do. Led by Luke, we are a dedicated crew of skilled tradesmen who take pride in delivering quality workmanship, attention to detail and reliable service on every project.
We believe great results come from genuine people, clear communication and working together. From the first stages of a project through to the finishing touches, our team is committed to making the building process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our clients.
We take pride in what we build, the relationships we form and the reputation we’ve created. Whether it’s a renovation, extension, deck, or new construction project, you can count on the Wolki team to bring experience, care and a hands-on approach to every job.
Good people. Quality craftsmanship. Built with pride.
